It is important that transfer pricing policies that are determined after detailed investigation of the underlying circumstances/operating model is implemented correctly. In our experience, there are times when a group’s transfer pricing policies is either not implemented correctly or the group’s operating model has drifted to towards a new operating model.

We work with our clients proactively to put in place processes that allow transfer pricing policies to be implemented correctly and put in place internal controls that will recognise a change on their operating model so that timely adjustments can be made to their transfer pricing policies/positions.
